The tale of The

scared little

Vampire

The little bear loved Halloween. He decided to pick out the scariest costume in the store. He would be a vampire!

When the day came, he grabbed his pumpkin basket and headed out. At first he had a great time but then, as he rounded the corner, he came upon the haunted mansion.

He stood motionless and stared at the scary house.

He inched his way closer to the house until he was standing on the spooky doorstep. He knocked three times and waited.

Suddenly the door creaked open. His legs couldn't hold him anymore, he sat down, raised his little pumpkin bucket up and whispered "trick or treat".

A large hand reached out to grab him and right as he was about to jump up and run he heard....

"I hope you like Milk Duds!"

The little vampire politely yelled "Thank you!" over his shoulder as he ran away.

The little vampire was made using short honey tan mohair. I designed and sewed his cape. He wears a pendant that hangs from soft red material cut into a ribbon. Both of these accessories are removable.

He carries a little pumpkin basket filled with "candy". Unfortunately it is not real, the candy has been removed and replaced with paper. I know you are disappointed...but it will last longer this way. :)

The little vampire's eyes are painted to reflect the haunted mansion he saw while trick or treating.

You can see the main tower, the two spires, the windows and doors. There is one creepy window lit in the very top room.

He comes with a handmade Halloween tag with his picture, date and my signature (and a couple of glittery bats).
